3. Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data

Providing personal data by the Service Recipient or Customer is voluntary, however failure to provide the personal data required in the Online Store and in the Online Store Regulations to conclude and execute the Sales Agreement or contract for the provision of Electronic Services results in the inability to conclude this Agreement. 7. Recipients of our data.
