You should prepare and moisten the surfaces for soldering in the best possible way and then evaporate in the process of soldering. Flux is offered in the manuscript – a very simple way (hand squeezing). MOB39 fluxes contain halides and are non-corrosive, and their possible residue on the PCB did not reduce the properties of the system. Flux are RoHS compliant.
